All Hyde Park owners are required to contribute to the Association's operating expenses through regular payment of assessments, or dues, based on the amount of property they own within the community.
Hyde Park owners can pay their assessments by check, eCheck, bill pay, ACH, or credit card. Credit card and eCheck payments can be made through the portal. ACH payments can be set up by filling out and submitting this form. Checks and bill pay must be sent to the following address:

Please note that there is a 3.25% processing fee for payments made by credit card and a $2.95 processing fee for payments made by eCheck. There are no fees for paying by check, bill pay, or ACH.
Assessments are due on the first of each month. Assessments not paid by the fifteenth of each month will incur a late fee equal to 4% of the overdue amount. Any amounts overdue by more than 30 days will accrue interest from the original due date(s) of the assessments(s) at the rate of 18% per year.
Accounts overdue in excess of 60 days will be referred to a collections agency. All expenses associated with such a referral, including attorney's fees, will be added to the overdue amount.
